With the summer around the corner, it’s time to start preparing for some of the best events of the year. The Food & Wine Classic in Aspen is one of those events. While some types of 2016 passes are sold out, there are still some ways to get into the event and enjoy all of the fun. Here are the details you need to know about the event.
Passes Still Available
The Grow for Good Passes are still available in limited quantities. These passes allow you to enjoy some of the fun and will sell for $3,850 per pass. You will receive consumer pass benefits, along with an Invitation to the Classic Welcome Center, a pass for the Classic Green Room, the VIP Gifting Suite, the Grand Tasting and much more. $1,000 from each of these passes will be donated directly to Wholesome Wave.
You can also get put on the wait list for Consumer Passes and American Express Restaurant Trade Program passes. The Late Night Party passes are also sold out and have a waiting list you can be added to.
Event Information
Every single year, the most accomplished culinary experts, chefs and winemakers gather in Aspen for the Food & Wine Classic. This event is something you should certainly enjoy if you want to mingle with the stars, enjoy plenty of fun and try some of the most amazing food found in the world. This is the premier culinary event found in the united States and food and wine experts from all over the world will be in attendance.
The event is for those age 21 and older, which includes infants and small children. This policy covers all events including the Grand Tastings and seminars.
Volunteer for the Event
You can still volunteer for the event if you want to attend. The Volunteer Team Program access applicants that have volunteered in the past, have experience volunteering, are residents of the Roaring Fork Valley and are 21 years of age and older. If you want to volunteer, you will need to get your application in as soon as possible to be considered.
Pass Pickup for the Event
If you’ve purchased your passes for the event, you will need to pick them up. They are not sent to attendees in advance. Both Grow for Good and Consumer Passes are available at the Registration Tent, which is found inside the Aspen Visitors Information Center at 425 Rio Grande Place. You can pick up your passes during the following times:
- Thursday (6/16) – 11am to 6pm
- Friday (6/17) – 8am to 6pm
- Saturday (6/18) – 8am to 2pm
Those with Restaurant Trade Passes can pick them up at Hotel Jerome, located at 330 East Main Street. Passes can be picked up at:
- Thursday (6/16) – 10am to 6pm
- Friday (6/17) – 9am to 6pm
- Saturday (6/18) – 8am to 2pm – At the Aspen Visitors Center
