We woke up to the first day of snow on the ground in the Roaring Fork Valley. It is an early start to winter. Usually the first snow arrives late October, in time for the trick-or-treaters to get wet. The huge, wet flakes continue to fall even as I’m writing this. We may be in for an early start to ski season!

The new listings include 5 new town homes in the new, modern, Park Modern Complex located in Willits, Basalt. There are 2 new 3-bedroom listings, 1 2-bedroom listing and 2 1-bedroom listings.
